HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RUG TO ARRIVE FROM THE TIME I PLACE MY ORDER?

Our lead times vary with each order depending on design, construction and size of your rug. We aim to streamline delivery as much as possible. The average lead time for each product to arrive in Sydney is approximately 12 weeks, then delivery will be promptly scheduled. If an urgent timeline of closer to 6 weeks is needed it is possible to fast track shipping time for an additional cost.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY RUG?

Spot cleaning is very important and effective. Spot clean the area carefully with a white towel. Do not rub or steam clean. Please refer to maintenance brochure for more detailed information.

CAN THIS PRODUCT BE INSTALLED WALL TO WALL OR AS A STAIR RUNNER?

Yes, our Nash and Copper Collection can be installed wall to wall or as a stair runner. This will always be on a custom basis and we will collaborate with you to create the most stunning installation. Please contact us and we will provide an onsite measure and quote to then advise each individual client of the options available.

IS THERE A CARPET PROTECTION APPLIED TO THE RUG?

No. We are committed to providing you with a rug that is entirely made out of breathable, natural materials – therefore there are no stain protection chemicals used on our rugs. On request, we can have our natural fibre yarns coated with a premium stain guard protection, applied to the fibre yarns after the fique fibre is dyed, spun and prior to being woven into a rug.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM RUG SIZE I CAN ORDER?

The maximum width of a Nash and Copper rug is 4.5 metres – at this width your rug can measure up to 9 metres in length. However if you choose a smaller width your length can increase.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS IN DELIVERING RUGS NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY?

Happily, we can deliver to all states and cities within Australia. For extremely remote areas please contact Nash and Copper. We have a strategic, controlled packing system with inner tubes, protection wrapping and a hard case tube to finish. Delivery prices will vary depending on the rug’s dimensions, weight and both the location of your delivery address and access to the dwelling. Once your rug has been delivered safely, all that is left for you to do is enjoy it. For international enquiries, please contact Nash and Copper by emailing [email protected].

IS EACH RUG DISTINCTIVELY INDIVIDUAL?

Yes, one will never be an exact replica of another as each Nash and Copper rug is a natural, hand woven product. There will always be a variation in each piece, ensuring that your rug is truly one of a kind.

CAN DUSTMITES AND OTHER ALLERGENS PLAY HOST WITHIN A NASH AND COPPER RUG?

No, natural plant fibre products cannot be host to dust mites or other allergens. This is one of the many positive health benefits of having a natural fique fibre rug. During humid weather the fibres also absorb moisture from the air and release it as conditions change, making your Nash and Copper rug environmentally adaptable.

ARE THE NASH AND COPPER RUGS THERAPEUTIC TO WALK ON?

Nash and Copper rugs are so much more than sublime to look at and live with – they are profoundly therapeutic under foot. The texture within the rugs stimulates pressure points found on the soles of the feet that are directly linked to the entire body. Health benefits of therapeutic texture on your soles include: the ability to stimulate the central nervous system, increased energy, boost circulation and leave the senses feeling calm and relaxed. Each rug will feel as pleasurable to touch as to look at.
